Describe a core memory of when makeup made you feel more confident.

Prior to returning to work following maternity leave, I hadn't worn makeup in months, nor felt beautiful in any way. I pulled out my Too Faced Christmas In London Palette and started playing around. That was the first time in a while that I had fun with makeup. I felt like me again - only a better, stronger version.

I live in the Cocoa Bold Lipstick shade Chocolate Chip - I don't feel like me when I'm not wearing it.

Overall, what makes you feel more confident?

My confidence grows when I see others around me growing in their confidence. I love building up my team and making them feel special.

How does wearing makeup make you feel? Wearing makeup is like having a personal art palette that allows me to express myself in the moment.

As I navigate my Girl Mom Era, I find myself leaning toward quick and easy looks. It's a balancing act between embracing the chaos and savoring those moments of self-care amidst the joyful whirlwind of motherhood.

The one Too Faced product that has a permanent spot in my beauty arsenal is Better Than Sex Mascara. It's not just mascara; it's a gaze-enhancing wizard.

If you could go back in time and give "little you" advice, what would it be?

If I could hop into a time machine and chat with my younger self, I'd offer a nugget of wisdom: "Hey Little Me, don't lose sleep over what others think of you and don't compare yourself to them. Embrace your size-you are beautiful. Lean into all those quirks, nuances, and little idiosyncrasies that make you uniquely you. Spoiler alert: You end up with a fantastic job, an amazing husband, adorable daughters, and a tribe of family and friends that are the real MVPs."
