All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We strive to display accurate price information, however we may, on occasion, make inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to pricing, promotions and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 PM PST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
Customers who have registered for an account with the Too Faced Website are able to check the status of pending orders by visiting the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may email us or call customer service. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. *Please note: Some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns for orders shipped within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska, on regular-priced Foundations and Super Coverage Concealer with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on TooFaced.com may be returned.
Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used or worn products, as determined by Too Faced or products not bought online at toofaced.com. Please see below for information regarding international returns.
To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:
1. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
2. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
International Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied. If for any reason, you would like to return the products you ordered, you can avail of our 30-day returns policy, which covers you for 30 days from the date you receive your order
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item that clearly shows the damage, and email the photo to our Customer Care team (email@example.com). Please include a description of the damaged item, along with your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the outcome.

Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you in processing your exchange, however, we are unable to process exchanges directly with your PayPal or Afterpay account and will require a credit card for processing.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 855-TOOFACED. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a retail location. All items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance to their return policies. Too Faced accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations within the United States. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Too Faced Cosmetics shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Too Faced is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. All purchases will be made in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. We do not offer price adjustments on any products.
You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export. Orders are limited to no more than five (5) units of any items and no more than fourteen (14) total units per transaction. In addition, we must also limit orders to no more than three (3) orders per customer per day. Furthermore, frequent orders in a one month period of multiple units may be rejected by Too Faced. Although we try to represent our shades and describe and depict textures of items as accurately as possible, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor and product descriptions, colors, information, or other content is subject to change.
Too Faced shall not be liable for any delay or failure of performance due to conditions or events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, shortages, ordinances, rules and regulations and inability to obtain material, equipment or transportation. Too Faced shall have the right to allocate its available supply of goods among its customers and affiliates in such manner as Too Faced deems fair and equitable.
TOO FACED MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY SUCH GOODS OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TOO FACED’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY COST, LOSS, DAMAGE OR OTHER POTENTIAL OR ACTUAL EXPENSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE GOODS WITH RESPECT TO WHICH ANY CLAIM IS MADE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. All matters arising out of or relating to the purchase of goods are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California, USA without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of California.
Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of California in each case located in the County of Orange, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action or proceeding.
If any term or provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of these Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.
