Your offer to purchase goods is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. This order, when accepted by Too Faced Cosmetics, Inc. (“Too Faced”), is not subject to cancellation or deferment of delivery.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3 days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
Order Status
Customers who have registered for an account with the Too Faced Website are able to check the status of pending orders by visiting the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may email us or call customer service.
Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
1. Item(s) not available.
2. Difficulty in processing payment information.
3. Cannot ship to address provided.
4. Duplicate order was placed.
5. Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
Item Availability
Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Too Faced will be happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately and without exception, Too Faced cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping
Too Faced accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations internationally including the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
Shipping and Handling Charges
All international orders will be shipped via UPS at their fee for delivery to your address. A fee for Duties & Taxes will be added to your international order at the time of purchase. An additional fee for Processing and Handling will also be added.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery.
All purchases will be made in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.
The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
Payment Methods
For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Billing
You will not be charged for your purchase until your order is shipped.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California.
No Price Adjustment Policy
We do not offerprice adjustments on previously purchased products.
Maximum Purchase Policy
Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any items with a maximum purchase of $750 (not including shipping, handling and tax) per customer per order per month. Furthermore, frequent orders in a one month period of multiple units may be rejected by Too Faced.
Force Majeure
Too Faced shall not be liable for any delay or failure of performance due to conditions or events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, shortages, ordinances, rules and regulations and inability to obtain material, equipment or transportation. If Too Faced’s production of merchandise is curtailed or suspended, deliveries may, at Too Faced’s option, be cancelled or be proportionately curtailed and then, at Too Faced’s option, resumed upon the removal of the cause so interfering with production and continued until the entire quantity purchased hereunder has been delivered. Too Faced shall have the right to allocate its available supply of goods among its customers and affiliates in such manner as Too Faced deems fair and equitable.

TOO FACED MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY CONCERNING THE DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY SUCH GOODS OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TOO FACED’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY COST, LOSS, DAMAGE OR OTHER POTENTIAL OR ACTUAL EXPENSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF THE GOODS DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE GOODS WITH RESPECT TO WHICH ANY CLAIM IS MADE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOO FACED BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF TOO FACED IS INFORMED OR IS OTHERWISE AWARE OR SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEIR LIKELIHOOD.
