Responsibilities:

 

Retail Sales

  • Achieve seasonal sales goals through store visits for training, events, business meetings, and through planning, communication and follow up.
  • Resiliently plan and strategize to achieve sales goals and execute corporate initiatives.
  • Create monthly calendar to optimally support focus doors and sales achievement.

 

Training & Events

  • Support, activate and drive all corporate education and event initiatives and programs
  • Train all retail associates, inter-sell associates and freelancers on both Too Faced Cosmetic products and the appropriate selling skills needed to achieve sales goals.
  • Speak to training participants in brand voice, conveying brand mission, spirit and initiatives
  • Work creatively with retail partners to effectively train and execute events as per retailer and brand expectations.
  • Track and monitor post training and event sales impact.
  • Initiate and develop relationships with key store EDU and management personnel to ensure ongoing support of brand education, event and sales initiatives.
  • Be the brand in-store through actively advocating and creating internal brand advocates, and by looking on-brand and differentiated from store staff.

 

Territory Management

  • Actively drive and support business in focus stores 4-5 days each week with an optional office day two times per month.
  • Weekly review of sales in focus stores. Strategize and collaborate with Field Sales Director (FSD) and store leadership to drive results. Prioritize daily activities to activate corporate and FSD directives in territory for optimal results.
  • Proactively create territory plans in accordance with brand best practices and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with Store Leadership, District Managers and other key influencers.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain best-in-class artistry team to support business in territory. Review and monitor freelancer performance making personnel adjustments as required.

Budgets

Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree preferred.

Too Faced Cosmetics seeks an astute, highly organized and dependable individual to join the Production Department as a Production Assistant.  The ideal candidate possesses strong clerical and administrative ability, an eye for detail and a first-rate work ethic. Experience within the beauty industry is highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Clerical/Administrative

  • Faxing and copying
  • Scanning and downloading documents to forward to department personnel, vendors, etc.
  • Taking pictures and scanning products for sampling and/or color-matching
  • Running miscellaneous errands for supplies, competitor products (Sephora, Ulta, etc.)
  • Order supplies needed for PD department
  • Complete expense reports including storing and organizing receipts
  • Retrieve product samples during meetings
  • Order and pick-up lunch for vendor meetings
  • Pull products for meetings, color-matching, artwork needs, etc.
  • Directly contact vendors for inquiries requested by department personnel
  • Prepare lab samples for meetings (removing lab stickers, clean, mock-up with current artwork, etc.)
  • Mock-up component and unit carton artwork during the design process (hand-filling, gluing pans, cutting artwork, etc.)
  • Packing and shipping via UPS

 

Production

·         Follow-up with labs and vendors for project status updates

·         Follow-up with labs and vendors for component and finished goods dispatch and delivery dates

·         Request delivery confirmation from vendors

·         Help confirm LIVE and PR shipment dates, tracking information, ETA

·         Follow-up on packing slips and tracking information for all goods

·         Forward packing slips to labs and vendors to schedule delivery appointment

·         Request air shipment quotes from Expeditors

·         Help update Production Dept Master PO log to include air quotes, ship dates, approval dates, etc.

·         Receive weekly open orders sheet from HCT and confirm all ship dates are correct

·         Help create production timelines in Excel for new launch items

·         Keep an ongoing list of vendor and factory holidays for a calendar year

·         Help input price quotes into master pricing list

·         Review Production Submissions (correct UPC, batch code, label placement, etc.)

·         Scan and record information in the batch-production log; forward forms to labs

·         Record all batch and production approval dates in Inventory Department Master PO log

·         File all production and batch submissions in retain room

·         Create new file folders for master retain cabinet, when necessary

·         Receive Unit Carton retains, date all samples and file into binders

·         Receive in label retains, date all samples and file into binders

 

PR Samples & Comp Requests

·         Receive in all PR and Sales comps to confirm ordered quantity

·         Record comps allocated in a detailed chart with the purpose and tracking number

·         Keep track of all PR and Sales comp quantities received in a detailed chart

·         Assemble sets (if needed)

·         Count and distribute PR quantities for each department. Keep organized allocation chart.

·         Organize and send out Sales Comps for Sephora, Macy’s, Ulta, and Sales Reps

·         Ship comps for domestic and international sales team via UPS

·         Send email to each recipient with a detailed list of all comps along with tracking info
